The Kettlebell Basics for Beginners Challenge is the companion training program for the ebook. The challenge contains 4 weeks of workouts to help you master the basics of kettlebell training. What's included in the challenge: - 3 kettlebell workouts per week. - 4 weeks of recovery workouts. - Warm up and cool down routines. - Post-workout surveys to track your progress. - Accountability and reminders from the KPP team. - Guidelines and tips for workouts and recovery days. - Access to private challenge group with challenge members and KPP coaches. Upon completion of the challenge, you will receive a Kettlebell Basics badge that will applied to your profile in the KPP app!
