About The Event
This is an all Kettlebell skills level workshop, you must be proficient with the basic swing. You will have the opportunity to throw, fine tune and expand your kettlebell skills. In this community event you will have opportunities to pass bells with different skill levels, and will have the ability to learn from a wide spectrum of students. We take a communal approach to advancing, we all grow together by helping each other grow, develop and learn in a fun, cooperative, nonjudgemental class environment.
